Step 1
Become Flexi Agent
Click the mail icon, then click the APPLY NOW button to fill in the necessary details to become a Flexi agent, and finally, click submit!
Step 2
Pay Parking Payment As Flexi Agent
Select the state that customer currently parked, click the Parking Payment button, then enter the vehicle number and the customer's email, and finally, click OK.
Step 3
Pay Monthly Pass As Flexi Agent
Select the state where the customer is currently parked, click the Monthly Pass button, then enter the vehicle number, customer's email, start date, and set the monthly pass duration. Finally, click OK.
Step 4
Check Compound for customer vehicle
Select the enforcement icon at the bottom to access the Pay Compound features. For more information about the Pay Compound feature, Click Here.
Step 5
Sell Credit to Customer
Click on the top-up icon and select the desired amount. A QR code will then be generated for the customer to scan using their FP QR scanner.
** Application Result Will Be Notified By Flexi Parking™ App Notification Within 5 Business Days.
